I ordered on the BK app. Gave my # to the drive thru person. When I got to the window he had my food in a bag on the counter... ready. He was slightly confused if I paid thru the app or I still needed to pay. I told him it was already paid for. When heturned back to check the screen again my bag of food fell on the floor. He then was going to give me that same food. I asked fornew food. A second employee came into the situation. She took the food away in a huff. I was asked to pull forward to wait formy new food. When it was finally brought out to my car she just glared at me. No apology at any point. Like I was bothering themall. I understand new employees maybe nervous etc. Ok no problem. However to try to give a customer food from the floor and noteven an apology is very poor service. Read more

You should probably educate your drive-thru people on what actually comes in the meals so that the people who come to order... don't have to get angry over nothing. I'm pretty sure the $7 your way meal comes with a drink...... Since that's how it wasadvertised but I got into a large debate with your drive-thru and subsequent manager and in the end I didn't get the drink in myopinion you're lucky to get two stars Read more
If you're looking to be amazed by a plant based burger, you have to try the impossible burgers at Burger King...they are a... little pricey for a fast food burger but come through on their promise and fulfilled my tastes for a great alternative to atraditional meat patty. Read more

They've locked the restaurant doors and are only doing drive thru. Won't let me order thru drive thru cause I'm not in a car...
