Honestly avoid using a delivery app lmao. I was feeling lazy and decided to order. My 6 oz steak was roughly about 3 oz, and... honestly if I didn?t learn how to cook in a professional setting I wouldn?t have noticed. My sides are fine thankfully, but 4bites of steak (thankfully cooked how I asked). Extremely sad. Next time I?ll cook it myself ????. I just ordered Buffalo wings and they came almost close to regular chicken wings. It is as if someone sprinkled hot sauce on... them. I'm very disappointed. I order buffalo wing not watered down Buffalo wings. I don't give bad reviews unless I'm reallyunsatisfied and I am. I'll eat them because I'm hungry, but come on son. I feel disrespected. Went with my family here after a long trip. Food was alright besides my one family member who ordered a hamburger with fries and... it was undercooked (just the hamburger was) but still eatable. I would recommend this place but just be careful what you order. Read more
We had dinner around the six o'clock hour. We were seated right away. The restaurant was fairly empty at the time with there... being people in the bar area and a hand full of tables in the restaurant area. Our waiter was good, but overly enthusiastic. Hecame for our order three times before we could even actually finish choosing our entree's. He was too attentive at first withdiner, then not around shortly after when we actually needed something. He wasn't bad, more like Okay. The food was again, okay.Not bad, but average at best. Don't get me wrong, we ate our dinners without complaint. But it also was nothing to raveabout. Now the bad part. This place is extremely loud considering there were only a few tables. There is no buffer between therestaurant and the bar. And the dozen people that were in the bar were pretty loud. Going by the volume with small amount ofpeople in the restaurant. I cannot image how unacceptably loud it might be when more crowded. Or even just the bar. Then therewas the sun. As the sun starting setting (October 2022), the sun just blasted through the unshaded windows directed at prettymuch every table in the restaurant, for a half hour or so before the sun set. Maybe longer since it was like that when we wereseated. I looked around and pretty much every table had the same problem. Unfortunately, I had the side that faced the sun. Assuch, I could see nothing and had to try little tricks to shade my face. The place has no shades, so there's nowhere to hide. Soavoid dusk on a sunny day. All in all, the food was Okay. The atmosphere was for the most part, friendly. The staff seemeddecent. The sun is probably only an issue at dusk. And if you like loud environments, you may be comfortable at this Chili's. Read more
Great staff even though we came in super late 1 hour before closing they were still kind and made sure we were happy ???? with... our order. All of our food came out hot and fresh. We didn?t feel rush to eat. Read more

We have not been in a while had the 2 for $25 Charlie had the Burger and the dry rub ribs. Ribs were great well seasoned moist... and fall off the bone tender. The burger was very good only gave 4 stars because when asked how wanted burger done said medium.The waiter responded pink or no pink. Basically telling me the kitchen only had two ways of cooking it some VARIATION ( notelling what)of pink and a hockey puck. Don't waste your time and money at this location. This is by far THE WORSE CHILI'S LOCATION in NY. On 11/27/22, we went in... w/friends. A server came and started taking our orders without writing anything down. To make this short he brought wrongdrinks, wrong tastes, wrong food and wrong sides. He never apologized, nor felt any empathy for us getting annoyed. The managercame and literally took the plates away from the table and pretty much kicked us out.
