My pregnant niece went in to buy a iced coffee a person in front of the line was courteous enough to let her order first so that... she can avoid the line , being that?s she?s very much pregnant, here comes the manager and asked the courteous customer. ?Youwas first , she can go to the back of the line. ? that just made go in and ask why she would do that to a pregnant woman, herexcuse was I didn?t she was in the line. I am at the chestnut market in balmville ny and I go into the Duncan donuts bathroom and there was a girl working there with... dark short hair and olive skin and I come out and tell her there is no toilet paper in the bathroom.. she laughs and says ?yeahI know, we are aware and have no toilet paper? Delicious as usual, however staffing appears inadequate for the amount of customer traffic. Longer wait but worth the taste.
I went to dunkin donuts on north plank road on Sunday night at 9:15pm. It was the worst customer service ever, the guy that was... working he act like i was bothering him or disturbing him while taking my order. He kept rolling his eyes and breathing hard,like I was taking too long ordering. Never said thank you or anything. He doesn't need to be in customer service.
