I liked the indoor service. the young lady who took my order was very nice and kindly made my coffee exactly how I asked for it... which is a little different lol however the drive through employees were very loud with a lot of cursing. Discomforting &unprofessional. Read more

Took over 20 minutes at the window to get 2 iced coffees. Inside all employees are visible and on their phones laughing and... having a good time. Cars behind us are beeping. I have to resort to knocking on the drivethru window and they just look at meand wave their hands. Insanely bad experience. Hard to believe that store functions at all, with that level of incompetence Ican only imagine how dirty it must be. Read more

They get everything wrong. I don't understand what's so hard about a plain bagel, cut in half. Every time I go there they give... me the wrong order completely, and then give attitude when I point it out. Don't recommend. Also, dirty cup. Really? Read more

Breaks my heart to write this. I have been avoiding writing a review as I have been a forever long and loyal patron of D&D. ... This past visit last week marks the FOURTH time at this location alone we've had to just throw out all the drinks. There is nodescription for even how they taste. And the day before this I had stopped in a hurry. I had noticed the drive-thru wasn'tmoving. I went inside aware it wouldn't be fast/stellar, but hoped for a miracle. Instead, although they saw me, they absolutelyignored me. Time passed. An employee came over to where I was but instead of at least acknowledging me, they looked down,grabbed a box for donuts, assembled it in front of me and then turned their back to me, all without so much as a "hello orplease wait". After ten minutes, I left. For several years now there has been no consistency in food/ drinks between D&Dlocations and it's a crapshoot w odds regarding a completed order done right, but, we always still went out of loyalty.Mistakeshappen. We have recently started making the trek out to a competitor just to get that value and consistency. I wish I couldsay different, but D&D is losing our loyalty and I'm not sure many employees working at these area restaurants actually careabout their job or quality. I wish it were better. Read more
