Cheese Festival Experience: The staff were incompetent with a food truck. Further, the menu is not readjusted in terms of what... food is or not available. When asking for a chicken empanada- as detailed on menu- they were unavailable until 25 minutes later.It's important to communicate before hand with regards to items that are Actually ready for order. Otherwise, what's the pointif ordering? My sibling ordered still. However, the approximate wait times for food was overly inaccurate- from 10 minutes to40. There's no reason to lie about a time frame. Be honest, whether you have an understanding or not. There's a level ofconsideration that needs to be placed in regards to proper customer service. Finally, the tostones do not come with sauce. Mysibling attempted to ask for sauce, but the staff were non responsive. Overall, if this is how someone treates their customersin a food truck- I can't expect much from a restaurant. Thank you for the warning. Read more
Had them at Albany Med as a guest food truck. Stood in line for an hour and a half and it took another hour before the food came... out. They are not prepared for large amounts of people. Do not recommend to others. Read more
