Been coming here for years but as of lately their customers service has decreased. The young girls who answer the phones are... extremely rude. They have full conversations while taking orders. The wife & I order, & grab takeout from here often we absolutely love their extra cheese pizza?s & their burgers! Tonight we got... bacon burgers & Swiss cheese with ketchup & mayo! They were cooked to perfection we asked medium well & that?s what we received!Ohhhh and the fries were amazing I destroyed them all almost immediately!! Overall I recommend giving Franks a try!! I walked in with a group of 20 after doing a walk thru the historic Algonquin Park which is right across the street. Our group... filled up the entire dining area. The waitresses were polite and attentive, the food was great, and portions huge. Need I saymore! Read more
Order simple... antipasto salad and Sicilian pie with half sausage. Received round pizza definitely not 20 inch, which this... order was 32.00. Called Frank's I was told they charged correctly that either way the order would have came to 32.00. How isthat possible..Sicilian is more. I work at Century 21 in Newburgh and this is one of my favorite places to meet with clients or to grab lunch in between... appointments. They have clean bathrooms and a great dining in area. Franks is definitely one of the best Pizza shops around thisis a must try. Ohh yeah and they have awesome family style customer service. Read more
I ordered the ?salad pizza?. The person taking the order didn?t even know this was something that they made this is when I knew... I should?ve not order it but I did because I?ve had it at other places and it theirs were delicious this was not. I was given45min to 1hour for delivery it took over an hour. When the pizza arrived it was cold and not just the salad pizza. I ordered anextra cheese pizza and a BBQ chicken pizza. I was highly disappointed and I?m gonna stay away. First and last time.
