Came here with my husband for our first wedding anniversary. I passed on the "white linen" type restaurant because I love to... eat! First things first, The food is delicious. We were seated quickly, and our food came out quickly. The views are beautiful,and the staff is very friendly. Great service. The only con, in my personal opinion is the loud music. Now please, Hear me out.I love music and they played great music, but I felt it was bit too loud to the point where I could barely make out what thewaitress was saying. Between the noise of the crowded restaurant and the music is was a bit too much. It was difficult to haveconversation with my husband because I felt like I couldn't always hear what he was saying. Tasty tacos, and nice to have interesting ethnic variations like Korean BBQ (delish) as well as gluten free options served as... lettuce wraps instead of tortillas. Margaritas were also tasty and views of the Hudson were a bonus. Even though we sat alongthe open windows on the patio facing the river, it was still quite loud. Prices were just right, too. Hudson Taco is an excellent restaurant located right in the Hudson Valley. This establishment is very conveniently located with... ample parking available. Next door there?s an Ice cream and pizza shop. Definitely have to try those next time I?m in the area.The ambiance is stunning with a modern home like feel. Sitting on the back porch area allows breathtaking views of the HudsonRiver and the train track right below the restaurant. Staff are very attentive and friendly! They explained how the orderingprocess worked since it was our first time here. Food was delicious and fresh, it?s very affordable as well! First time at Hudson Taco and I was not disappointed. It got very busy right after we arrived, probably partially due to the... graduation weekend. Nonetheless, the service was speedy and excellent. First time coming here. Came here after hiking. Service was decent. Food was the bomb! Nice view. They provide chips with... unlimited refill with gigantic 3 dips.
