We ordered from this location and upon pick up we noticed our order was incorrect, we advised the lady working and she said well... yeah I saw the online order that way but when I printed the ticket it changed it so I just did it that way. She didn't want toremake the pizza for us, but then after telling us the same thing 4 times she finally agreed to remake it. We had to wait 20minutes outside for it to be done. By that time everyone else's pizza was cold. Overall, will not be going back, horribleservice. Read more

Don't visit here often as it isn't within my normal area. But I tend to go when they have an interesting promotion. No... complaints, They have staff, but normally pick up the items from the food locker. The place has been clean though ok the timesI've visited. Read more

It took almost 45 minutes to get my meal after I was told it would take 15 minutes. It turned out that they forgot to call me... when my meal was ready. It was almost time to return to work by the time I got my meal! This was the first time I had anyissues here. Generally they are prompt and the food is good. Read more

Not very clean inside and employees look unkempt. Lots of surfaces that can use a scrub down. We're in a pandemic the front door... shouldn't look too dirty to touch. When I get my pizza it's not cut all the way through! Read more

I had placed an online order for pick up yesterday and I was served by a white, hefty lady who always give me an attitude... whenever I come in. I had told her that I am picking up two pizzas? one extra cheese pizza and a SUPREME pizza. She said theydon?t have SPRING pizza, and I kept repeating to her ?SUPREME.? And she continued to argue, and look down on me as if I ampronouncing it wrong. Every single time I come to pick up my order at this store I am given a poor service, with the same ladygiving me an attitude. If she doesn?t like working there then don?t work there, otherwise go along with a standard customerservice that includes RESPECTING everyone without racial discrimination. After having to go through that incident, I tried tocontact them to ask for the manager to make a complaint regarding that employee. The person?s voice that I had spoken throughthe phone sounded the same as the racist lady. Anyway, she said that she is the manager AND the owner of the store. Totallydisregarded my complaint and snubbed me on the phone. You would think that she would apologize and take action for what hadhappened. But after calling again the next day and speaking to a different staff, the lady faked about being the manager andowner. They said they would have their boss contact me back to fix this issue. But I haven?t heard anything from them tillnow. oh by the way, pizza is always good. I love your pizza. and if Little Caesars Pizza boss saw this, you have to fire her.And you need hearing aid, contact your doctor. Read more
