I am very displeased with this Macdonald?s. It doesn?t fail that my order isn?t correct. I went back because my fries were not... hot and the fish didn?t have extra cheese which I paid for and I was told to wait while they remake my order and I got the samesandwich I gave back with extra cheese and my fries were the same fries I returned with a few hot fries added. If your order isnot correct, go inside to make sure they get it right. I usually go through the drive thru and usually am disappointed. Ordernot right or food not hot. Read more
As a working parent i frequent McDonalds in the mornings for Breakfast on the go. Sometimes, theres a huge line employees not... ready, foods not ready, they give u wrong food, or ask u to park and wait. In all the years I have frequented this franchise Ihave always understood its part of the process. Today, it was their turn to wait for me, it literally took me two minutes on theline with no vehicles waiting to activate my new atm card and the poor management literally had a melt down. They were rude,crast, confrontational, abusive, and demanding. Really, review the video in 2 mins 3 staff engaged me with no one but me on theline. How many times have I waited for you? They cannot figure out the difference between Diet and regular Coke. They almost NEVER get it right. Even when the button on the... lid is pressed in for Diet, they cannot be bothered to check if they?re putting the right soda in the cup. Not for nothing,their complete lack of attention on a regular basis could be dangerous for someone who can?t have sugar. If it was once in awhile fine, but it?s almost every time I order there. We were in a rush and the curbside delivery woman got our order wrong 3 separate times after giving all of the other cars their... orders first. I just ordered a hot coffee with cream, and she came out with sandwiches, then two iced coffees, then with two hotcoffees (and upon giving me my order, asked if it had cream, to which she gave me a black coffee and walked away before I couldtell her it was wrong). #notslay #wthnewburgh #10amshift #andimnotakarenbtw Read more
Today 06/23/22 around 10:48am I was at the drive-thru, ordering my food and all of sudden my car broke down on me. I couldn't... move my car or I couldn't take out my key on the ignition. 4 lovely employees came out and check up on me, but my car finallyturned on, I backed up and went to park my car. They were so sweet and so kind they asked me if I was okay, and asked me if Ineeded help. Then one of the employee came out and gave me my order and told me it was on the house <3 You guys made my day! Iappreciate you guys so much!!! <33 and I also called and told them my car is parked in their parking lot and the lovely lady wasso sweet and told they were going to keep an eye on it.
