Clean, sharp look. Friendly, helpful staff. Drink menu had great options... Had the Passion of Bombay (gonna have to start... making something like it back home!) Use to be a diner. Upon arriving I noticed the outside of restaurant needs updating. Almost left by judging a book by its cover.... We're we're seated immediately by a very pleasant young lady. We received our drinks quickly. They brought us some umm,i thinkbread, with balsamic vinaigrette . The bread was not soft of of funny texture we did not eat it after a bite. We order friedcalamari + shrimp with chili mayo dip.it was different but good My granddaughter order the grilled scallops(3)and shrimp(4) withveggies and rice.she said it was very good.it looked good. My friend and I ordered the seafood newburgh. There was plenty ofseafood over penne pasta.it looked good....unfortunately the whole dish was ruined ...I pretty sure was an over abundance ofnutmeg or cinnamon. Neither of us could eat this. A big disappointment. We took it home only to discard when we arrived home. Imight give this place another try and try the grilled seafood. The food is really good, very flavorful and a very good variety of choices. It was actually kind of difficult to make a choice,... but I will definitely return so that I can try more things. This place was outstanding. I had seen photos before and thought it was interesting. The atmosphere was easy going. I started... with the mushroom bisque and lamb samosas. Well if that's how I was to start my dinner..... The main course I had the duck andmy wife ordered mango chicken. For dessert I had blueberry cheesecake, wife had poached pears in a red wine sauce. Wow... Idon't know how to put my experience into words. It was amazing. Each bite of food had an array of complementary flavors. Youtasted every bite, the pallette did not fatigue and the food did not get boring at all. Take note, if you want to eat andleave, this is NOT the place. I was there almost 3 hours. The food is cooked fresh, there are 20 minutes between courses, And Iloved every minute of that. I'm used to restaurants feeding you as fast as they can and getting you out. This place made me feellike royalty. Google only allows 5 stars, this place is 10/10. I'll be back for Valentine's day dinner. Read more
We went for the first time for dinner and the food was delicious and the presentation was lovely. The restaurant is very... spacious and clean, ample parking. We decided to go a second time, but for brunch. We didn't know they offered a buffet stylebrunch, and we were pleasantly surprised. The buffet was pretty big with a great variety of food to choose from. I think theprice of fair for what they offer. The service is friendly as well. Read more
From the outside it looks like an old diner (which it probably was once). Once inside it has a very modern motif with a bar. ... There is a hint of curry in the air. There is lots of nice seating. The staff was very curious and polite. The menu has allkinds of options but it's not huge. The is no defined category of cuisine they serve. They have all kinds of dishes but have agood amount of vegan options. Also gluten free. The food we ordered was fantastic. Great value for the price. Overall a greatplace to eat in Newburgh. We really enjoyed the food and dessert, it was very delicious. Reasonable price. Staff are very friendly with customers.... Restaurant is very clean. I cannot say anymore words about this restaurant, it?s outstanding. I will give 5 star review for thisrestaurant. Read more
