Delivery guys never have change pizza costed 31 gave him 40 he said he only had 8 on him
Not only would they not accept a coupon, I called the 800 number and was told the store would resolve the issue. It was not... resolved. The food was not good, the service was not good, the hygiene was not good. The in store manager who assisted me hadthe worst case of nail fungus I had ever seen and should have been wearing gloves. I am disgusted with this store and the lackof service. Don't bother printing coupons that you refuse to honor. Read more
I always order thru the app and pick it up. Owner is always nice to us. Its ready when it says it is ready. The owner is not... responsible for terrible delivery, no one wants to work or its hard getting help anywhere these days. Tough times...however thefood is what its supposed to be.....pappa johns! This place fell off, I ordered a large pie, the dough was soft, the saucd and chesse look horrible, and I got food poisining
If I am able to post a 0 I would. Our food was never delivered. First, I had to contact customer service because the actual... store was not answering the phone. After filing a complaint, I called again the store. When trying to speak to management theysaid it was delivered and refused to answer me where exactly was it delivered to. Very poor communication skills. It?s probablybest to avoid deliveries but when you?re trying to go contact-less it?s hard to do. Very frustrating when you?re hungry andyou?re calling for answers from the actual store and they simply refuse to answer you. Definitely needs new management and newstaff ASAP!!!! I am extremely displeased with the timeliness of my order. I had a really busy day and I made sure to call in at opening to... place an order. I would?ve done it online but the earliest time was an hour after opening. I called at 1102 and placed an orderfor which the man said 20 minutes. I arrived 20 minutes later for him to tell me 10 more minutes . It was not until 26 minutesmore was my order ready. If I knew it was going to be that long I would?ve went somewhere else. I used to eat Papa Johns a lot years ago. I just had there ?regular? custom pizza, it tastes like plain pizza. Honestly Dominos... and Pizza Hut are way better unfortunately and cheaper. Also there cheesy bread sticks was just pizza cut in a different shape. Read more
