Went to the TGI Fridays in central valley NY with my family, I order a Cesar salad with a 6-oz steak. My wife Order Steak with... Mash potato and broccoli. The dinner came and there was three small pieces of steak. I asked the waiter is this a 6oz steak? Thewaiter informed me it looks small because the plate is large, and my wife steak look like a meatball dry and burn. Now Iremember why I stop going to TGI Friday its expensive and food not worth it. Late evening meal, after a day of traveling. So nice to see a familiar spot! Everything was so clean. The entire staff was... pleasant and helpful. We had a drink to relax with, and big beautiful salads. Delicious fresh bowls, topped with salmon andavocado. We really enjoyed our evening. Thanks so much! Read more
Place was kid friendly, waiters was Pleasant. Fridays have "NEW WINGS JACK DANIEL THEY ARE AMAZING???? please try . Food is... average not top notch but more then good enough for a family of 4 or even a couple just hanging out, the bill was veryeconomical. Read more
The server was great and was very attentive. The reason for the low rating was that I ordered a kids meal for my nephew and the... chicken fingers were overcooked and hard. That wasn't the only problem. When I broke in half their was a hair in thechicken. The manager came over said sorry. He also went on to say "no one in his kitchen has long hair" wrong answer. I had left my wallet when traveling from out of town. The staff was very understanding and easy to talk to set up a time to... retrieve it. Even though I had to travel 4 hours out of the way, they locked my wallet in their safe and assured it would bethere. Outstanding service! Read more
My mother dined in and ordered the crispy whiskey combo to-go for me. When she brought it home I immediately noticed my shrimp... were missing and my ribs looked gross. My mother called and they agreed to give me another crispy combo. I drove there and whenI arrived they said my order was ready. When I got back in my car, I checked the bag and it was the WRONG order. So I had to goback inside again and tell them. They finally brought out the crispy combo and I checked the bag, clearly they gave me the worstlooking shrimp they had. (My mother dined in and brought her leftovers home and her shrimp looked like actual shrimp) I ended upleaving because I didn’t even feel like going back in for the third time, I was over it. Not good experience with the food here. My burger seemed like it was cooked before I even ordered it. It did not take long to... come out but what I got was honestly room temperature, overcooked, and very dry. As seen by the photo the melty cheesy fryburger was not that good. The cheese was just a craft slice cheese that had solidified and was not even warm. I felt bad and atemost of it but I should not. Made me feel sick and queasy within the hour, and for the next day as well. It was from the burgernot even being warm in the slightest. And to be honest I could have got a nicer burger and more fries from just going to a fastfood place. Read more
