I love the Philly Cheese Steaks here. The service is great and it's never too crowded. I always substitute the onions and... peppers for peppers and mushrooms. And always add extra. They are more than obliging and very kind about it. If you want agreat sandwich in Newbury Park you need to go here. Read more
Fresh. Yes! The subs are jam packed with ingredients. The Italian and the turkey are our favorite.
Got the 43 and classic Italian. Asked for no peppers with vinegar. Caught the cook not putting in the vinegar so he put it... on. Said no peppers 4 times and it was written down on the order. Got home bunch of peppers. Have had this happen severaltimes now. Tried calling the posted number on Google now answer and just goes to to enter your code. Called a dozer times andjust no answer. Ordered a delivery online. They have special instructions blocked and says to call. However they don?t answer the phone!! So the... order will probably be incorrect and I have no way to communicate that ketchup is needed. Very unprofessional not to answer yourphone especially when you instruct people to call! Read more
Here it is, Sunday night, a little after 5:30. I called the Jersey Mike?s on Newbury Road, and no one picks up. I try 4 more... times, and still no answer, so I decide to go to the store, and order. NOT happy about this, as I really don?t want to be insidethe store longer than necessary. When I get there, two people working behind the counter, two people in line ahead of me,however, they we?re finishing up with one of them. After I placed my order, I asked why they were not answering their phone, Ihad called 5 times. They said that they had been really busy, and stopped answering it. What I don?t understand, is why theycouldn?t have taken my order over the phone, and just told me it would be ready in 20 min., or whatever, because they werebusy?? I would have felt more comfortable with that approach, instead of having to wait in the store to place myorder. Something to think about.....???? Read more
