The staff are really friendly and nice! The food comes withing 5-10 minutes, and is absolutely delicious! There are alot of... salsas, ranging from hot to not spicy. If you want extra chips, they will most likely give it to you for free Read more

Lunch at Sharky's today was pretty good. Besides the service here which was not the best this visit was likable. The food was... fresh and tasty can't complain. Took quite some time for someone to notice we were there to seat us, that was disappointing. Read more

I ordered a Power Plate. I really liked the food. 10/10, however chicken, rice, beans and a drink for $19.50 as a price it?s... kinda expensive ????. I mean I guess it is because of the quality of the food. No complaint at all, just saying. Read more

I typically go here daily. Food is healthy and excellent. Steven is the manager I believe, and day in and out this guy is super... friendly and helpful. His team is second to none. This behavior is rare these days so it is very appreciative. Thank you. Read more

Yesterday my family and I went in to enjoy our favorite nachos from Sharky?s . Unfortunately they are not what we expected... because everything was cold. I kindly approached the staff in front about my issue and they pointed me to the manager ?Israel?.He was very defensive in stating ?he made the nachos and they were fresh.? I felt very embarrassed on how he handled thesituation in front of his 3 or 4 employees. He made me feel like I was a liar when in fact the nachos were poorly made. After aminute or two he finally asked if I wanted them re-made and I just told him whatever I didn?t care anymore. I was a manager formany many years in the restaurant business and I?ve never made a customer feel that way nor spoke defensively when approached.Our job is to make the guests feel welcome and make sure they come back. We won?t be visiting your location anymore and I highlysuggest you re-train management on customer service and the ?customer is always right?. Even if they are wrong, in this case Iwasn?t because the next batch that came out was hot and fresh. Thank you for your time , I just feel in this day and age ,businesses are suffering and I would hope you would want to keep your customers happy, for whatever it?s worth. I was late to pick up my food due to a work lunch time mixup. They thankfully still had it waiting for me. They allowed me to... eat in the restaurant so I had more time to enjoy my break. The food was great. I tried their watermelon lemonade and it was sogood! 10/10 would get again. The guys were awesome. On such a stressful day, I was thankful for their chill personalities. Read more
