Just picked our order up from Newburyport and my bowl was very underwhelming to say the least! I ordered a bacon/chicken ranch... tub but there is no bacon! We will not be going back! Don?t waste your money subway is better! Read more
I saw the grilled mushroom sub on TV and I was surprised ???? to see ???? a Jersey Mike's in Newburyport. I stopped in to try... one. Not bad. I watched other ???? sandwiches being made. Wow, a lot of lettuce ???? being added. I noticed the staff were welldressed, organized and helpful. I wasn't asked what kind of bread ???? I wanted. The touchless payment option didn't work. so soggy. IT WAS A MUSHROOM SUB IT SHOULDNT BE DRIPPING FROM GREASE. the inside of the bread was brown. It quite literally... mushed in my hand. A sub is not a sponge. I had to go to Wendy?s after because i was physically repulsed by the sub i had justconsumed. this ruined my day, nay, MY WEEK. I have never in my life written a negative review, but the sheer dissatisfaction ofmy experience at Jersey Mikes was enough for me to change my ways. Despite this, the employees were very nice. good customerservice, terrible subs. also, who doesn?t have a meatball sub on their menu? The owner is amazing ???? the staff is excellent. All and all the best Jersey Mike's I have ever been to.
