I will no longer go to this Panera location. I understand many retail spaces and restaurants are under staffed, but quality... customer service goes a long way, especially now. I use to buy my staff lunch once a month from here and purchase for myselffrequently. But the last few times I've ordered/visited I've had issues with my order and the lack of customer service providedis concerning. It's sad. Read more

I placed my order at 9:07 AM and received it 20 min later and everything was absolute perfection. I could tell that both... Trinidad and Cielo made and packaged our food and beverages very meticulously. I would have a picture to add if the food wasn'tso delicious that we just devoured everything before we soon realized it was gone. We had a very large order $150 plus. Deborah was quite amazing at handling it so was the crew. The only thing I didn't like... was the app and the rewards program which doesn't seem to actually work. I have received several emails regarding this visitand in the past. I've used it two or three times with my phone number and it doesn't work or the rewards program is negligible.that does not affect how amazing the crew and Deborah are though. Read more
I used to love this brand. But they have gotten so expensive that I just cannot recommend them anymore. The portions have shrunk... and the prices have jumped. I cannot go back to any of these restaurants now. It's a shame. They have a great menu. ???? Read more
