I usually get the roast beef sandwich, which is very good but I thought I?d try the steak bomb?..big mistake. The steak was... shredded, small greasy pieces that hardly resembled steak. For a quick bite the food is the highest quality around, they provide fresh ingredients and fulfilling portions I chose to dine... in with my coworker. I observed the staff as naturally pleasant and accommodating. I?m not one to post reviews but this experience needs to be shared. My family and I have ordered from them almost every week. We... have had a great relationship with Pomodori for years and loved them! We placed our order like always which included a soda anda Chicken Finger dinner which was to be delivered. When the delivery was dropped off, we brought the bag in to discover ourorder was completely wrong. We received no soda, an order bbq chicken, and a cheeseburger sub that was so bad that my fathercouldn?t even eat half of it. We spent $40.57 on this meal and it was not correct or edible. Our family has worked in the foodservice industry so we decided to call and calmly explain the issue and went into the call with an open mind. The woman who wespoke with on the phone was extremely rude and basically said it wasn?t her problem. As mentioned previously we have been loyalcustomers since before the pandemic and have been nothing but kind and generous to the staff. So to get this treatment wasunexpected and extremely disappointing. We will be looking for another establishment sadly so. Read more
Place is Solid. Very few take out places use home made chicken cutlet. This place is the bomb.
Before I give this specific review? I?m going to state that I have eaten the roast beef here many times, and I?ve never been... disappointed. This time? Unfortunately the chicken kabob in a pita sucked. They rolled it the wrong way, and all the chickenwas on the top, with the cheese/lettuce/tomato being on the bottom.
