I ordered a iced shaken brown sugar espresso with cold foam, and they put no coldfoam, no syrup, and it just genuinely tasted... bad. I couldn?t go back in and request it to be fixed because it was swamped. Very very bad service and very bad drink. Neveragain. Read more
The few times i have been here i have gotten the same drink and let me tell ya it was amazing both times i got it! Would... recommend this location if ur in downtown NBPT and want starbucks! The service is always fast and efficient and the workers aresuper friendly! They have always gotten my orders right! Keep up the good work guys! Read more
This 2 star is for management. They routinely close the starbucks app when the store is open. As well as open the app when the... store is closed. The hours are inconsistent and should at least be accurately reflected to customers on the app. In storeservice is always fine. Read more
I needed a quick cup of coffee before playing a gig on the Newburyport waterfront. I would have taken even the worst cup of... coffee, but Starbucks is my favorite - CONSISTENTLY GREAT - unlike the other big New England chain. I've always liked this Starbucks. I think it's because it doesn't feel like a typical Starbucks; it's not as big/open or modern... feeling and the seating is limited. It makes me think this is the type of experience the company was originally trying tocapture before if became the Dunkin alternative. This location is lovely! The customer service is spectacular. I bought a reusable cup yesterday which the cashier washed for me... before using. Even when I dropped my straw he didn?t hesitate to wash it again. Love it :) Read more
