Excellent food. Really slow (and not friendly service). When you spend a hundred bucks on juice, a smile would go a long way. ... This might not be the fault of the staff as they seemed to be very overwhelmed. Once they can hire more people and customersare treated properly I'll change my rating to 5 stars : ) Read more

Visited at 4pm on a weekday. Location was empty. Cashier proceeded to make my drink order while helping co-worker with... garbage; gloved hands holding garbage bin while co-worker pulled out sack before cashier put same gloved hands into bins offresh fruits and vegetables to scoop out contents for my drink order. I always go into the juicery. I live in Newburyport, my mom and I go in after we take walks all the time down town. I called in... my order, as normal, and the girls forgot about my order. They took other orders in front of me and served them, never asked meif I needed something. They finally called my name for just a part of my order after the wait took double. I waited another 5minutes, asked where the other part of my order was and they said they were working on it. I watched them just start it. Theyforgot me completely and I am deeply upset by this.
