Only 2 Stars for today's visit (the system won't let me delete 2 of the gold stars). I ordered a combo meal and the fries that... came with it were horrible.. most were as hard as a rock and were barely warm. It was as if they had been leftover from severalprior fryings. The birds enjoyed them though. I think for future orders, I won't include fries as this isn't the first time thishas happened. Read more
The employees were exceptional! What a great crew! Food was excellent also. Heart of Texas with two bus loads and these... service professionals handled all of us in an organized, fast, and very pleasant manner, along with serving all the patronscoming and going. Great job! Read more
LOVE, LOVE, LOVE their ice cream. Best Peppermint ice cream around!!! Wish they had one in Denver, CO. Food could be a little... better quality, but its fast food not fine dining, so what can you expect. Read more
horrible customer service. didn?t know what they were doing. ordered an iced latte which they have advertised on the menu.... pretty sure they poured hot coffee over iced. very slow employees and didn?t call out order numbers. Read more
Couldn't be more happy with friendly people and quality of food. The Manager kept everything moving pretty quick despite being... extremely busy both times we visited. Also took home 2 cartons of ice cream from Market and both were amazing. Thank youNewcastle staff. Job well done. Read more
Food and service were excellent!! Today I bought 6 $20. Gift cards to go in "thank you" cards for the people helping us unload... our u- haul truck!! With summer coming on, we thought they would be an excellent way to say "Thanks, for the help!" Read more
Let me start by saying the food was good! But the service and cleanliness was horrible! Employees wiping their nose, tying their... shoes and just keep on working! Tables, doors waste bins NASTY! I will NOT return to this Braums ever again. I feel like Ishould take a shower. It was that bad. I have never given a review like this.
