i know someone who works there & they say when they make the chicken they have to take the feathers off fryers are never cleaned... there's mold in the store when they clean with the sanitizing wipes ( especially the manager ) will pick the food up with thenasty wipes & throw your beans , meat & other nasty stuff back into the food they give you . When I have been inside, two separate times in the late afternoon, I needed to ask the proper KFC personnel in-store: "How often... do you prepare your KFC Chicken Breast sandwiches, AND how?". That is the question I had prepared to ask the KFC Store Managerthere, & the other workers have told me two separate times "That's Ronnie, he is not here right now". It seemed as though theperson I did speak to had assumed I was there only to complain, & that is not true. I was there only to ask an importantquestion. I never got an answer that could indicate why, each of the two times I was there, their KFC Chicken Breast sandwicheswere stale as could be, too hard to bite into around the edges, not moist at all. The speed and service have drastically improved here over the past month or two. Service was great, food was correct the first... time, and the staff even grabbed me a drink carrier without even having to ask. That?s two great experiences here in a row. Read more

Got a chicken sandwich combo meal. The chicken was so burnt and dry could not eat it. The French fries were not even warm and... greasy. I went to the front to get my money back. Stood at the front for close to ten minutes. No employees in the front. theywere and I kid you not in the managers office sitting down and talking. The other two employees were outside smoking. Could havebeen their break I'll give them the benefit of the doubt. Another customer needed to talk to someone about her order but sheleft got tired of waiting. Manager came out and gave me my money back. I was not confrontational. He credited my card did notoffer a solution or said sorry. Then he left and no one was at the front of the store. We need a quick order, this being over $160 worth of food and at first, the response was we?d have to wait and then, someone... stepped up and said I think we can do this, I?m assuming this was the day shift leader. Well the chicken strips were fine, butthe rest, of the bulk order was dried out, tough, oily, and old (heat lamp). I?ve lived out in this area 17 years and thislocation has always had below standard food. I recommend new ownership or close it! Let me tell you. .I came to get Chicken pot pies and again the 4th time no go OUT! not out like ran out... They are out all... together none in store.. Remember this is the 4th time. Then I asked for a 3 piece meal well it going to take 10 minutes I saidI will wait.. The kid had a look like you will wait. Now remind you it 4:30 pm knowing they will get hit with everyone goinghome from work. Management needs to see whats going on .
