Kind of a weird and unique experience. It was our first time to eat there today... we walked in and saw a sign that said order... at the counter. We found a counter that had menus on it and we looked over them. Then were told the lunch menu was on the othercounter. There was only 1 waitress with 3 tables of customers and about 4 dirty tables. She took our order, we paid, a surveycame up on the payment machine asking how our visit was (how would we know that when we just walked in the door) and then ask ifwe could sit down to eat. The waitress told us to pick a table & get our own drinks and silverware (rolled up in a napkin atthe drink counter). Waitress brought bread sticks and a bowl of oil to us immediately - very good! My food came out a fewminutes before my husband. She checked on us a time or two and got her tables clean. I feel like the food is authentic and itwas good! The plastic drink cups were wet when I went to get our drinks so it appears they wash the disposable cups and refusethem. I'm not sure if we'll go back. The thought of drinking out of a reused disposable cups kinda grosses us out. Read more
It is a bit odd. I understand being understaffed can be a hindrance else it would have been 2 stars. Ordering up front at the... counter, getting your own drinks, and seating yourself made it feel like a fast food experience... But with the cost of a reallyupscale place. We did choose some of the pricier items but they weren't quite worth what we paid. Unfortunately probably won'tbe coming back since it was kinda meh. Read more
I was pleasantly surprised by the service i received from the bar tender and waitress! Appetizer arrived quickly and i filled up... on bread, a mistake i often make, but the main course, the cheese ravioli, arrived it was delicious! For my birthday dessert ihad the Tara masu (sp?) Was likewise delicious. 5 stars all the way! Read more
Amazing food and amazing atmosphere! Great place to dine with the whole family. Everybody was very friendly and helpful! Very... reasonably priced with the most delicious lasagna I have had. Large portions that are presented well. Food was delivered hot,fresh and fast. Perfect dining experience. Highly recommend and I will be back. Read more
The food was wonderful. The chicken was very juicy, the pasta was tender and not overcooked, and sauces were great. The portions... were a little small looking, but it was so filling it balanced out. If you're into spicy food, try the ghost pepper pasta. Itshonestly fairly spicy, which was refreshing. Read more
Pizza was tasty and great quality grilled chicken. Everything was warm and breadsticks fresh. Only four stars because the... marinara sauce was odd and had an off putting taste and that's a big deal for Italian food. We had great service and the placewas clean and tidy even when it started really filling up. Read more
It makes me feel kind of bad to say it but the food and the service were absolutely terrible! When we arrived we were... immediately seated and there was only one other couple at a table we waited for about five minutes for a waitress to come overand take our drink order and we ordered an appetizer of the breaded ravioli and then another 10 minutes, no drink ever arriveduntil I got my waitresses attention and asked her to bring them. About 10 minutes later we received our appetizer but no platesat which time I asked for them and she walked around to another table and took their order so we sat for at least another 5 to 7minutes with no plates to eat or appetizers on. We got her attention again and asked for the plates and she finally brought themback immediately and the ravioli were overcooked and flavorless and the marinara sauce had a strange off putting taste andtexture to it that smelled and looked a lot like canned dog food. I ordered the Alfredo tortellini and as you can see Ireceived pale flavorless alfredo sauce the only spices are the three packets of pepper that I received from the waitress to tryto season the Alfredo with. To be honest the best thing they had were the breadsticks. I would like to say the salad was prettygood but the ranch dressing was way too watery and pretty flavorless as well. I came to visit a friend and she took me and mymother here and I cannot express how disappointed we were. We did have some nice man walk by and ask how the meal was and wekindly just said everything was okay because there was so many people in there at the time that we didn't want to make ascene. As we were leaving you could look around the room and see how many people were sitting there still waiting on orderswith their arms crossed and looking upset. I ate on 12/1/22 was with a group of 8. Was 8pm Google said they closed at 9 but was really 830 we called ahead manager asked... how far are we out we said 15mins. He said come on we will have a table ready. Service was very good, manager was very happy tohave our business. Bread sticks are so good. I had the pizza with pepperoni and bell peppers it was good but maybe needed a fewmore minutes in the oven dough was a little soft and maybe a little to much seasoning, why I gave 4stars.(could have beenbecause close to closing n rushing to get food out) I tried a bite of the chicken parmesan and it was very good.
