Honestly I will never go to McDonalds in Newcastle again. There registers all say closed and they tell you to use the kiosk that... don't print receipts. Then after doing all that they take other people's order and make you wait back in line. I worked all dayand have hungry kids with me. I was so mad the way they treat customers I wanted to yank them over the counter. I say if youwant real service go to the Braums across the street like I did. They don't even apologize for blowing you off. I wouldn't evengave them a star if I had that choice to be able to write this review. So I completely ordered on the kiosk after they made meuse it then it wouldn't print and I was told to reorder and had to get in the back of the line of people that showed up after mewhile they took there orders after being informed registers were closed. So I did not eat there. Just wasted 10 minutes of mytime for nothing. GO TO BRAUMS. That McDonalds is straight trash. Read more
If you go in, you must use the kiosk to order. You can either pay with card at the kiosk or pay at the register. Had them... replace my fries because they were barely warm. But my order was correct. Read more
The employees were extremely unprofessional. Using a LOT profanity loudly in front of my 3 SMALL children. They were eating... right behind the register and gathered around talking about their personal lives where the whole dining room could hear. Theabsolute worst experience I've ever had at a McDonald's and I will drive the extra 20 minutes to go to a different one before Icome back to this one after this. Need to have undercover boss come check this McDonald?s just received our order after waiting for along time in drive thru leave... open burger it looked like it had been sitting there for quite awhile. This isn?t the first time. But will be my last will gosomewhere else in the future sad because we need a place like McDonald?s in this area but I?m not the only one who hascomplaint. I love McDonald's food and always have since I was a kid. Because of that I don't give this spot a bottomed dweller rating. ... The food you get is usually good, not right, but good. I have yet to get an order that was remotely close to what I asked, oreven paid for. I guess I should just remove expectations, order a cheeseburger and be happy and surprised with what comes out. Maybe smokey in the 1st drive through booth will give me a hookup since he has no idea where he is. Read more
The service here was quick, and the order was accurate, and the restaurant was shockingly clean. I don't think we've ever been... into a fast food restaurant, or even a sit-down restaurant, that was as clean as this restaurant is. while we were there a staffmember was working to keep the floors swept and mopped, the tables were cleaned off, the floors behind the counter were clean.Overall it was impressive. There are two counterregisters, and for kiosks available for order at any time, with small stoolsituated next to them for those individuals who need a little bit of extra stability while ordering. The set up in thisrestaurant is convenient, it's clean, the orders are accurate, and the staff was very friendly. Read more
Ordered two happy meals. Exactly the same. First they were out of apple juice. Then when we ordered soda, they weren't the same... sizes. Thank God they weren't for kids. Imagine that fight. ???? They were also out of/didnt receive the Halloween pails, thatwasn't explained until we asked why we didn't get them. This location just seems like a mess. Read more
