Ordered a bean burrito? Not a five-hour-old bean burrito. How could you even serve this to someone without feeling bad?
When you order a double beef and cheese it means just mear and cheese not rice and beans and they never ever het anything right
Don't waste your time, drive to another taco bell. I went out of my way to go to this taco bell, which was the closest to me,... because their hours state they open at 6am. FALSE. This is the one that is making me quit Taco Bell entirely. I can go to Taco Mayo for fresh tortillas and better food and that... will be the move going forward. Taco Bell keeps ditching great menu items and the only thing that kept me coming back were thedorito loco tacos. I came through the drive through today and ordered 8 soft tacos for my kids and a dorito loco taco Supremecombo for myself. Drinks were correct, though warm due to issues with equipment. However, when I?m paying for specific items, Iexpect to receive that item as fair exchange for me handing you my money. When I walked in the house to 11 soft tacos, none ofwhich were even incorrectly Supreme, and I had enough. This is the worst ran place in tri-city!! They never get an order right or give you what you ask for. They close at 11pm but... are out of biscuits at 8??? They made me pull forward and then they give you nothing you ask for. Ordered 12 honey bbq wings andthis is how they came and they were cold! Read more
Place is filthy. No soap or hand towels in restroom told the cashier Mica and she just rolled her eyes like oh well, food all... over the floor in kitchen area, drink station a mess, not stocked, tables all dirty. A complete failure as a franchise. Read more
