If you order anything with egg, be sure to ask them to go light on the shells ... Consistently slow, and the odd chance they get... the order right it's inedible due to the massive amount of egg shells ... third time I've had to make a second stop at thebomanville McDonald's to get an edible breakfast. My graduating class stopped here with a coach bus of 40+ students. We called ahead and they got through our orders very fast.... Kudos to the team and their hustle. Also my mcgridle was prime. Read more

Horrible service- order taker was having a horrible time , took forever to order 2 breakfast sandwiches- i asked for an english... muffin toasted with butter - it was given to me untoasted with no butter, i asked for tea with milk and sugar on side, i wasgoven no condiements .. no sppon/ stir stick ... the sausage mcmuffins were untoasted , not even warm, cheese not even theslightest bit melted .....i was told to sit and wait off to side for my order after i explained to them it was wrong, aoverwight blonde lady -who was manager- came to window and was rude and told me to go - horrible custiomer service ... the oddthing was the drive thru was near empty not sure why there was such horrible service and such a level of disrespect ... notpleased at all with this location ... and its not the first time i have had a horrible service at this location ... The line was long but going through was fast . I had a shock when I ordered 1 Quarter pounder with cheese,a fillet of fish and... 2 medium fries and the total was a little over $20.00. I now officially feel old when did it cost that much for McDonald's? Read more

Quite impressed with the young man working the food window. After the drive thru intercom employee didn't score the order, we... had to redo it at the payment window and they did not get our upsizing options entered. When I advised the young man at thewindow that we had ordered large drinks and fries, he promptly made the change to our drinks, we had to wait for our foodbecause we ordered nuggets but that same young man brought our food out and said that he made sure we had our large fries. Whathe didn't say was that he also made sure we had the ketchup that I hadn't mentioned to him or the sweet & sour sauce the 2ndgirl didn't ask about. When considering how I would be mentally, working in a fast food environment, I have to give this youngman ALL the kudos possible, it's obvious he cares about his job and it's obvious he cares about the customer experience and notone person reading this can deny, that, that is extremely exceptional in this day and age, in that industry. If the Franchiseeor Management reads this, reward that young man for being so impressive, give him a raise, give him a plaque, give him somethingthat lets him know he's valued before this world has enough of a chance to kill that inside of him.
