Don't bother ordering online, I can't speak for all locations but this location doesn't even look at your online order until you... are in the store for pickup. We ordered our food online a half hour before we arrived to the store. Once inside I tried manytimes to get the attention of store staff, and was repeatedly ignored. Finally my boyfriend got their attention after we'dalready waited in store for 20 minutes. They asked for our order number, printed it off on their computer, and told us it wouldbe a few minutes. After about 10 minutes they asked if we wanted something else so it could be ready faster, but we'd alreadypaid for what we had ordered so we had to wait. While we waited, the online order that was placed right after ours came throughthe drive thru for pickup. I know this because I heard the drive thru staff member let the front cash know they'd arrived, and Ionce again saw them search and print out the order, only starting it AFTER they'd arrived to pick it up. We waited an extra 30minutes in store for our food to be ready, nearly an hour and a half total wait time since we'd placed the order. Our order wasof course wrong after all of this, so I had to go back in and get what they missed. This store needs to come up with a betterway to handle their online orders, because their current method is ridiculous. Read more

Asked for Combo #6, and was handed a bag with only chicken bites (part of the combo). Went back and reminded them I had asked... for the combo; no real apology given. Got a drink and the coleslaw I had asked for in the combo. Went to car realized there wasno biscuit in the bag. Went back, asked for biscuit, no apology when biscuit was given to me. The place wasn't busy, so noexcuse for all the forgotten parts to the order. The food is salty with no other flavors. It was my first and last visit tothis place! Read more

I ordered the 9 piece spicy chicken family meal with a large gravy, coleslaw and biscuits. I specifically asked if the order... would be a mixture of half white/ dark meat. As our family prefers both kinds of meat. I asked twice and was assured it wouldbe. After a day of traveling, with 2.5 hrs to go to get home. It was extremely disappointing to find all chicken was darkmeat... as I made it clear we wanted both... if I could give it zero stars I would. Read more
