Friendly Staff. Great spot for trading hockey card's. Nice floor layout. Conveniently located at the end of the plaza. Not on... its own. That is definitely a better way to cut down on the operation cost. However, a new staff personal did have a problemgiving me back the correct change once. What I love about Tim's is the quality of their food and coffee. Also, how theirdiversity of inclusion help immigrants to learn and understand our culture within a working environment. Read more
The drive thru situation is a joke everyday and especially weekends. Lineups out the door of 15 people... owner needs to figure... things out. It's worth the drive to Bowmanville to Skylight for a coffee...definitely much faster and friendlier. Read more

Store manager himself is grumpy and lack of organization skills. There are more than half dozen staff standing idle when many... customers waiting for their orders to be completed. They have lost my order after making me wait for 10 mins. Other customersordered online waited a long time for their order to be completed too. Staff have no idea of order status and keep askingcustomers to repeat their order. Total mess! Never seen any Tim Hortons have worse efficiency than this one!! Read more

Tim is always my most go to place for food and drinks. I recently moved to Newcastle. This Tim is at a very prime location in... this small town so it stay busy for most of the time in all days specially in morning time. The only complaint I have with themis, they have misplaced my order so many time. Before a week I asked for a French vanilla cold brew and they gave me an Icecoffee instead of that. Yesterday I ordered a bagel with chipotle sauce inside. However they didn?t added. No doubt that thequality which they are giving is amazing. The reason I?m giving 3 stars is just because they didn?t give me what I asked for. Read more
