I always go to Carls Jr after work for a strawberry shake. I was disappointed tonight, shake was too watery and I asked the guy... why it?s too watery and he said it?s supposed to be like that. I told him I always get my shakes thick and he replies that thisis the first time he saw me at the store. What a very unprofessional reply. I know this is just another chain however my experience was so awesome with the staff. A disabled man was there and the service... they gave him was so kind. They knew him. He appeared to not be able to speak to well anymore. I bough him some food. The foodwas done well. I have to say the place way very clean and with the service on point you will not feel left short when come here.Enjoy your goodies here please. Read more
The restaurant is great, and food is delicious. The only issue is the application!!! It doesn't work if you need a sandwich... only. It only gave you options for combo, and not even chicken combo. So, if you need a san, or a chicken sandwich, orchicombo, you must go inside the store. I hope they fix the application. Read more
The Dr. Pepper was almost completely flat so it was horrible, the French fries tasted like they were cooked in oil that had been... around a while, were soggy & cold & the onion rings were the same so both were inedible. I returned them & was told "well Iguess we could make a fresh batch of them for you if that's what you really want". At almost $30 for 2 people to eat at a fastfood joint what I really want is fresh hot food & cold, carbonated beverages, served by folks who are cordial & lack an enormousattitude at the very least. A quick restroom stop turned into a nice fish sandwich lunch. Staff were friendly and efficient. They even brought our order to... our table which was cool. The fish sandwich was very tasty. Ohh, and the restroom was spotless. Good job guys. Read more
3.9 Stars as of this Review, which sadly is Not surprising. It's Not so much the restaurant itself, although this one is one of... the Dirtiest I've been to, but more so the pricing. What happened to the days when you could get a Six Dollar Burger for around$4. Now they've not just reached the $6 Mark, but have surpassed it by Several Dollars More!! In fact, have you seen the menuat Carl's Jr. Lately?? You'd think it's the year 2119!!! Everything is astronomically High there. So much so, to take myfamily or 5 out to dinner here, I'll have to take a Second on my Mortgage!! Geeez. In addition, don't try using the bathroomhere. After acquiring a coin to use it, prepare for some UnImaginable sights and smells. It's as though they want you to vomitwhat you just ate, if you use the bathroom after eating. Or in my case, run for the hills instead of ordering off theirUnbelivable Priced Meni, because of the Pure Nastiness that I saw in their bathroom. Anyway you cut it, I'd drive a few milesfurther north and hit the In & Out @ Sand Canyon. Yes, there will probably be a line out the door, or cars for days in thedrive thru, but there, you will get a fairly priced burger, fries and shake AND you won't need a coin to use their bathroom,which also won't look like 500 inmates in County, just used it. If your driving through and need to stop for food, go somewhere else. They made our salad wrong, twice. When I complained to... them about it, they just started speaking Spanish only. When I replied in Spanish, it frustrated them and threw a fit aboutmaking another salad. Follow up: corporate called and said they'd give us a replacement, but we are not from the area. Read more
