Ok little slow waited 20 min great hand breaded chicken tenders . Fast service
Expensive but the quality of good has improved since my last visit 4 years ago. The food was hot and the french fries were... shockingly fresh. The staff was polite and quick. From what I could see of the dining room, it had been regularly cleaned as hadthe indoor bathrooms. A simple burger and fries and drink will set you back well over $10 but that's the way things arenowadays. At least the quality has returned to near what it was back in the day when Carl Karcher was still running things. Andsince most locations now are franchised and not corporate, that is truly saying something. Read more

Went here late last night for a burger craving. We used a coupon we got in the mail for their new bacon beast burger which would... have allowed us to get 2 of the burgers for the price of one. Instead, we received 2 completely different burgers which wereterrible. The burgers had chili, and onion ring, and absolutely no veggies. Apparently the new burger costed $10!!!! A fast foodchain that sells a burger for $10, which I thought was ridiculous. It was even worse that we received the wrong burgerscompletely. They showed lack of care and attention to detail. Our children attend Catechism at the church across the street once a week.. We stop by for a quick dinner at this Carls Jr once... a week bc we have a half hour layover between classes. This Carls Jr NEVER has all of the condiments. Last night I asked maybethey could mention it to the GM, and she says it's "out of his hands".. ?? Well who's hands is it in then?? My first thought wasthe shortages... But the ranch is not coming from China is it?? Carl's Jr charges $15 for a combo, condiments are not too muchto ask. Read more
We got the new sourdough famous star sandwich. It was not as the picture showed. It was lacking frankly. I was not impressed... neither was my son. Jack's is better. Which is a bummer because I like Carl's Jr better. We were disappointed. Read more
