Took much longer than I expected to get my food, but place was nice, chicken was moist, and staff were really nice.
I will say that the young man helping us at the drive thru was very helpful and friendly, but I dont know if it was the end of... the night and we got a batch of old rice but I bought dinner for my family of 5 and everyone's rice was hard and stale. It madeour burritos, and tostada salads hard to eat. It was hard enough to make us spit our food out and not finish. Considering howpricey it is for a family of 5 it was extremely disappointing to waste all of our food due to the inedible rice. Read more

What a great place to get food, I used to go almost every single day, I tried almost all of their dishes they were all good, I... definitely recommend it to everyone but if u don't wanna be on long wait line better don't go at lunch time, it gets reallycrowded and there's not enough seats for all. Food is awesome.but the service is bad. Long line only 1 cashier, I even ask if they have more cashier because there was a lot of people waiting and the boy said they... don't have it I was wow. No customer service skills, they need more training. We have an on going joke at our home calling this place Pollo Loco roulette. Why, our orders are repeatedly wrong or order a... salad and get home no salad dressing.
