Used to be a great small family ran restaurant...until today. 5/24 when we were greeted at the door by someone we'd never seen... before. She was rude and incredibly sarcastic. Obviously hates her job! The restaurant was NOT busy but she did her best to tryand make us believe it was (only 3 booths were occupied). As we sat down (more than 5 solid minutes after entering the place),she informed us we were not welcome and she had lots of other things to do besides customer service. We reassured her weunderstood that folks are busy, and not in any hurry. But that didn't work either. She was rude and very curt. It was aquick decision to go to another restaurant that we'd passed along the way, that would love to have our business. Bad experience. First one there, but we vow to not return as the help doesn't appear to uphold the previous beliefs that customer service isindeed important! Read more
Kinda of a hidden gem if you tell me. It's all you can eat. A lot of options to choose from for your bowl. A lot of sauces to... choose from and theres also a chart in case you dont know how to prepare your bowl. There's also a salad bar if you dont reallyfeel like having Mongolian BBQ. Great little restaurant with awesome food and fantastic service. Fill a bowl with all the fresh ingredients you like from the... buffet and the chef will cook it for you. Lots to choose from and a fun sauce menu to experiment with. This is a terrificall-you-can-eat experience and a great value. The service is impeccable. Read more
Went to dinner with family and ordered the $16.99 bowl. Marked everything on the paper and when my food was infront of me there... was no meat in there. I marked 3 different meats and I had none. JFYI THE $16.99 NOODLE BOWL...SO NOT WORTH IT. SAVE YOURMONEY GO ELSEWHERE. Also customers behind us were using perfanity. PEACE Read more
