It's a normal taco bell. They very consistently mess up orders. Literally every other time I go here they get things... wrong. The inside has the most annoying music, and they play the same three songs on loop. It's exhausting. I feel so bad forthe employees for having to listen to it all day. Read more

This is the only Taco Bell in town that has not made me sick, my latest visit a couple days ago I ordered a combo number 10... which includes a burrito they give you your choice of meat, I elected sausage, but the nice girl at the register since Imentioned hash browns which is part of the combo, instead of giving me a sausage burrito I got home to find out that she hadgiven me a hash brown burrito which already comes with a combo like I said, other than that it was a pleasant visit. Ordered from the touchscreen and it seemed to be working ok, but what we got was a mystery everything was soaking in some kind... of white junk on everything . The achalupa was missing the normal taco. The CRUNCHY TACOS WERE all broken pieces of shells withmore white junk making it a mass of, to be polite, garbage. Next we wanted to cover the trash can taste with taco sauce but thenow they dont have any for the customers IT was like getting fast food from the bottom of a dumpster, to be polite once again. My family is regular Taco Bell customers, unfortunately today we had the absolute worst experience ever in a Taco Bell. We?re on... the road home from Disney and made a mobile order at 12:19pm to get in and out quick but that didn?t happen. We get inside andthere were tons of customers who had waited up to 45 minutes ahead of us in the dining area, each of which extremely upset withthe wait. The irate individuals were making sure that your new customers coming in were aware of their wait, and most of themleft without ordering. They weren?t wrong, as I waited 40 min for my mobile order? In that time, as the team started to catchup, I had several people who came in well after my family, and tons of drive through cars get their orders before me which nowmade myself upset, requiring me to go to the counter, let them know my experience, only to be told ?my bad? by the cashier, nosorry even once while we remained in the restaurant until we left at 1:20p. Meanwhile, the manager had to refund two customerswho waited half the time that I did for their orders because they couldn?t wait any longer. That same manager, stayednon-existent, didn?t rally his team, didn?t help with orders, and stayed unavailable during this situation. You can't go wrong a Baja Blast Freeze during their Happy Hour. We stopped by this taco bell location from our way home from... Valencia Mall and boy was the drive thru line busy. Since I was craving my Baja Blast Freeze, we of course waited in the longline so I got the happy hour regular size and the large size. The staff was friendly and wore mask so everything was okay. Theyalso give your receipt through a little plastic bin so there no hand to hand. Read more
An ok place to go if you want a quick taco. You get that consistent taco service and product. Staff seems polite which is... important to me when I support fast food chains. No one is perfect when it comes to that product that comes out of their kitchenbut good service and well mannered employees is the most likely the reason I'm a repeat customer. Read more
