This Arby?s is so drab, I thought it was closed. Absolutely no one in the parking lot, no one in the drive thru at 5 o?clock... rush hour. I found that puzzling. Not to mention employees just lounging outside for 30 or 45 min. I have never seen a fast foodrestaurant like this. I didn?t even bother going in. Read more
Well let's start, I ordered the smokehouse sandwich with crinkle fries and did not check order(I know my fault). What I got was... raw curly fries and a lamb Giro that was just sloppiness thrown in a wrapper of course and the drink was so so,but the strawwrapper was completely stuck to the straw. And they were out of the fried pies (which I was just trying to keep the wifey happyand failed miserably. This is the second time in one week that this location has been none professional for example the lasttime they were completely out of roast beef ( come on man you a roast beef place).I just wanted corporate to know that this isgoing on with this location and maybe see if it could be rectified. My girl and I like Arby's but if this happens 1 moretime..... we are gone. Read more
Went for the orange cream shake. Absolutely amazing. Will go back to get another one. Was little disappointed that Arby's... doesn't care there fish sandwiches any more. I would visit more often if they had a fish sandwiches on the menu regularly. Read more
My 1st time eating at this restaurant and it won't be our last!! Great customer service! Great value for your dollar!... Healthy choices is a big draw for me and they had many!! Food was fresh ,served hot and C-19 guidelines was followed.Clean and welcoming dining area coaxed us to dine in. Enjoyed our lunch stop with plenty of parking and they have a drivethur also . I ordered and ate both the Brisket bacon ?n beef dip sandwich as well as the buffalo crispy chicken sandwich (because I?m a big... boy) and enjoyed both, especially the au jus dipping sauce that accompanied the brisket sandwich. My one criticism however istowards Arbys not this particular store, and that a heartier bread for the brisket sandwich would have been a very welcomed partof the sandwich instead of the limp bread that was served. Was my first time here and it was amazing no doubt. Ordered smokehouse brisket with the meal and it was fantastic. Burger was so... fresh and juicy (a bit small in size for me) but whatever. Order was quickly served. Do Dine in or takeout whatever you like.Definitely coming back next time to try more signature sandwiches. Read more
It's OK but It's merely fast food garbage. I was spoiled as a kid on Arby's roast beef and cheddar classic sandwiches. Now the... menu is way too expansive I got no clue what to order.
