Amazing deal during September! Had amazing pizzas and pastas on Thursday and they were priced like it was the 90s! The place was... packed and the wait service was working hard for what I imagine would be less tips since the deals were so good! It was muchappreciated by my family and me. Good Italian food. Family friendly place to eat. Normally I would give them 5+ Stars unfortunately 8-30-22 was a total mess. Our... online order was placed and they gave us a 6:01 pickup time. I arrived at 6:00 and did not receive our order until after 7:30and that was after I talked to the manager. Went to Bertucci’s tonight with some girlfriends for dinner. The food was excellent as always but tonight it was the service... that stood out. Our server Chastity was very very good! She gave us a warm greeting and made us feel very welcome. She answeredall our questions about the menu even recommended a few dishes which we did try and they were excellent! She was checking up onus often and refilling our drinks when she noticed they were getting low. She was very good and very pleasant and made the wholeexperience even better. It has been years since I have visited a Bertucci's. I still think is way better than olive garden when it comes to Italian food... franchise. The service was excellent and the food was tasty. Finding a good pizza in CT is a challenge. But the pizza was justright the sauce that they use is just right not too sweet or salty, the crust was cooked to the right texture. The spinachArtichoke dip was a great appetizer. The only issue that I encountered was that the wings could have been a little crisper andthat bread rolls should be warm when served. Read more

I got a pizza delivered tonight, it was ok Italian pizza. I'm becoming a fan. I order pepperoni and onion, very good.

Ordered the Verde pizza as take out yesterday and when I got home realized the arugula and balsamic toppings were missing.... Bertuccis allowed me to come back the next day for no charge of the same pizza, and this is what I received. Wish this locationwas more consistent with their food orders.
