Still a favorite casual dining option. Great food, pleasant atmosphere. Southwest Eggrolls and the buffalo chicken salad. Yum

This posting did not let me leave a 1 star soooo . My meal was cold. Everything was cold . The portion that i got was a joke and... on top of that they forgot my mash potatoes . Really good experiences the past few times we've visited. We even have a 2 yr old that we can bring there who loves the dips.

Me and my husband went to the Newinton location on October 16th around 3pm. The host walked us in circles to find a clean table.... All tables were dirty. Host cleaned the table and we tried to inform him that we do not want a table near the front. He saidthat we had to wait for him to help other customers. There were ZERO customers waiting to be seated. He was waiting for somecustomers that were making their way through the parking lot to enter and sit them. We waited for a minute of awkwardness. Hedidn't even look at us or acknowledge us. We just left. And the other "customers" were still making their way through theparking lot. Host needs retraining on customer service. Read more

Took us one hour to get a table.when getting the table waited another 35 minits for service after asking for a waiter or... waitress.Understanderble short staff and its tough.But keeping a customer waiting for so long.Come on guys...But tasty food andonce got served they did fine.Keep it up team.. I called to see if I can get a dipping sauce changed from an online order due to allergies, because I couldn?t edit the order... because it said call the restaurant for any changes. So I called and the dude on the phone just kept answering with ?No? hedidn?t even at least try talking or listening and I was being respectful and it sounded like he just wanted to get off thephone. I didn?t want to keep talking because the guy had an attitude, and it was just sauce so I said ?Thank you then, have agood day? and he hung up the phone mid sentence. Read more

I'm not sure if 1:30 on a Monday is a terrible time to go to Chili's or this one is going down hill. When I got there I was on... of maybe 5 customers. I sit at the bar to get better service and watch the TV'S. Well nice TV'S not so much on the service. Thewaitress was gone most of the time. I think she was having lunch not sure. The Burger and fries were Excellent. I took thechilli to work in a to go container. 3 hours latter I pulled it out of the fridge and heated it up and it was horrible. Had tothrow it away.
