They sold me One steak burrito and One soda for $17.45 they said is a ?New Steak? which is no different than the steak they been... selling plus the price wasn?t listed on their menu screen. This place used to suck. Then it got alittle better when they weren?t charging me for double protein but the last 5-10 times I... went the service has been terrible and the eating area is nasty. Also I?ve come here at 8 pm just for the employees to tell methere?s no more chicken steak or white rice. It?s going downhill quick. I always chalk up a negative experience as just a bad day. This is the third trip in the last couple... months and it has not improved. I would basically just confirm what other people have already commented on. It would appearthat those working there currently hate their job and have no pride in what they do. No counter orders. Need to order online but no clear instructions on the counter. Had to wait for 10 minutes and then realized... when others came asking. Secondly, few items were missed and if I had not opened my pickup items there I would have not known.Please be careful in packing orders as per the billed items. Yesterday?s order was disgusting. I found plastic pieces in my chicken bowl! Trying to be fair but this place is consistently... terrible! It?s only this location that is an absolute mess. I have been to numerous Chipotle locations in state and out and theyhave been consistent and great. I don?t know why I keep giving this one a chance but NO MORE! Yesterday I purchased a bowl andthere was just about no protein, a HUGE piece of lettuce covering the bowl and plastic pieces in my food. I will NEVER go backto this location. What?s with the huge lettuce? This is the only location I see that doesn?t chop up the lettuce & just throws big chunks?. I also... notice the short skinny latino worker is bias or maybe racist. I ordered online. My food wasn't ready on time. I give a some extra time. Then I got message on my phone about my food is ready.... But wasn't there. So finally I asked worker how it's possible, and when I will get my food.
