Service is always slow. Very short staffed. They are friendly and do the best they can.
Some young ppl really appreciate their jobs and others do not! Clearly, this establishment has a bit of both bc I purchased a... croissant sandwich, today, made by a tall young blonde boy and his side kick; a short dark haired boy. The sandwich was burntyet he still served it as if nothing was wrong. I returned and simply showed the burnt sandwich to the nice young lady whoquickly apologized and made it right by making another sandwich. Rude high school boys? Girls? Other reviews are true. While the worker wasn't completely rude she seemed put off I was wearing a mask. I used my free drink... reward to get my drink. And then didn't wait for the receipt, which I never do. I've worked in retail MANY people don't getreceipts or wait for them. When she gave me my drink she pointedly said "and here's your receipt." I don't need a receipt for afree drink? Disappointed would have been a nice location otherwise. Read more
The workers and the manger and horrible. Rudest people ever, never got treated this way from any other coffee shop. They should... NEVER raise a voice to a customer. I?m pretty sure they have high egos they always believe they are in the right so they givecustomers bad attitudes. This time I went through the drive through. I ordered quickly, drove to the window, paid with DD app. Everything was ready and... delicious. I must admit I enjoy a grill cheese sandwichs and DD did it again. I really enjoyed. RECOMMEND Read more
