I?m a former employee from this store and from the manager (Melanie) having multiple breakdowns with employees and customers, to... not showing any remorse to customers when fellow employees were clearly in the wrong it doesn?t matter to her. She literallywalks on her employers like there the dirt between her feet and it?s sad. I hope anyone that works at this store preparesthemselves for her not to take action when you need it the most and her threatening you when you don?t take her side. The location has on its door that it closes at 9pm. On most days out of the week it does, which allows me to get a coffee on my... way to work. However, 2-3 days out of the week, there is an employee that closes and he closes the location early. I have askedis there a specific day that this happens so that I will not attempt to get anything but multiple employees have informed methat there is one specific employee that closes early. Supposedly the manager has spoken with the employee but the actioncontinues. I normally would not complain but there have been times where I?m at the drive thru and he will turn off the lightswhen I pull up, tell me they?re closed through the speaker, or all of the lights will be on but the shade at the drive thru willbe pulled down. Went through drive through and started to order an everything bagel. I was stopped immediately and told they don?t have any.? O... wait we have one left ?you said toasted with cream cheese? No I never got passed the word Bagel. I want it toasted dark whitextra butter. I figured I better check it before I leave But I looked at the receipt and it said butter.
