This place is a joke the cooks are kids who don?t wear gloves to cook . Said something to the manager she tells me they do when... I sat there and was watching him before I said anything then she got mad at me because my order was wrong twice the brisketburger had one little piece of meat and the way the manager was acting was very rude two dollars more for union rings and thisis what I got fry?s with three rings for $75 I?m am never going back to this place look at they?re ratings it?s horrible Read more
Everything at this location is terrible. Took over an hour to receive food, waitress was rude and clearly didn't want to be... there, and the food is terrible and not worth the price at all. Don't waste your time or money. Read more
I love their food but the service is honestly poor (Not from everyone) i was waiting there for 15 minutes jst to pick up an... order while everyones was just talking in the back and the phone. For the price was not worth it the chicken stripes were very salty. I talked to manager acted like so didn't care of quality of... food being served. 5 chicken stripes and ff not worth the price and to be salty on top took away my appetite real quick .Service was not the greatest either needs improvement for sure. Would not recommend this establishment to anyone with family forsupper. I worked in restaurant as manager for over 15 years this establishment needs improvement in management and service tocustomers. The waitresses are the best part about this restaurant usually. They are friendly and hospitable. The food is mediocre; we?ve... named our subsequent stomach aches ?Friendly?s revenge?. The absolute worst part of this restaurant, is that they do not knowhow to handle their air conditioner. It has to be like 60 degrees every time we go in there. While in most recently, we?vewatched families get up and leave because they were concerned for how cold it was for their young children and watched them eattheir food in their cars. Every body complained about it and it fell on deaf ears. We kept being told that the temperature waspre set and they didn?t know how to change it. Something has to change. Read more
We went in to eat last night. The food was terrible and we could not even tell the waitress, because she disappeared and we... never saw her. We never received silverware. By the time she showed up some time later, the food which was already bad, was icecold, still no silverware. When she asked how it was we gestured to the plates, since we ate very little, and we told her it wasterrible and no silverware. She apologized and got the bill. We paid and left. Will not be back. Got here to dine in @ 830pm on Friday oct8,21 online it says close at 10pm. So i order from outside and go in at 925 and my... order was apparently giving away with my name on it . So I'm waiting on my food by 10pm . Came back in at 9:55 pm my orderwasn't recorded 3rd time still waiting . Another young lady was patient gave us coupons and sincerely apologized, However someof the other staff there has no stability or professionalism , staff hung out with family ran around the dining area . Girlswere huddling to have social groups in the kitchen. These kids should be trained for better skills before hire . Read more
Although our waitress was very good we had an unpleasant experience with another worker (Larger lady with thin hair). Part off... our order was messed up and when telling her that she snatched the order and stomped off. Then when returning our order back shethen says ?here I did it myself? with a negative demeanor.
