All-in-all: definitely won't be coming back. Ordered online an hour and ten minutes before my pickup time, but the order wasn't... ready until 25 minutes after that pickup time (so a total of 95 minutes to get an order for three people done). The restaurantvisibly only had 4 small tables in-house. Clearly very understaffed, but also: They have an open kitchen and when I went in, thestaff there were having a loud conversation about a rude customer and swearing about it when there are families with kids withineasy earshot. We placed an online order at 11:15 Am waited. Curbside phone number doesn?t work and the restaurant number no one picks... up..keeps ringing and then says ?enter your code? my daughter went in after a 25 min wait. They kept passing her by. No customerservice skills whatsoever. Then she manages to get someone?s attention and the young gentleman says it?s gonna be another 15/20mins. Here it is past 12. I give them another 15 mins before in go in. I walk in many people in the kitchen, workers passing meby. Talking amongst each other. Even as I stood in the sit down area booth. I ask a lady what?s going with my order she says ?we are backed up? I ended up waiting another 25 mins or more before I get my order! No ? Thank you for the wait? no were sorry.Nothing! Haven?t been to IHOP in a while so I expected the long lines but was not too thrilled with the lukewarm food. My order was... messed up 2x so I didn?t bother capturing a picture but the coffee was OK. Read more
Absolutely worst service ever. I went to breakfast with my mother. I have been to this IHOP many times but seems like customer... service just keeps on getting worse. My mother?s chicken fajita omelet had barely any chicken inside of it. We complained to thewaitress that we wanted another one. She comes back and says ok the cook is making another one but the chicken is portioned andthat?s what it comes with. I proceeded to tell her that it literally had like 3 pieces of chicken in it and is that a portion?She leaves the table and than I can hear her talking in Spanish to the cook loud as ever talking about my mother and I.thewaitress was absolutely horrible too. I think that if we?re paying for a $13-14 omelet it better look like and be filled withthe right stuff and get what we pay for. I will not be returning to this IHOP. Read more
It's ihop and we weren't expecting much. The wait was extremely long and it wasn't really clear why. The waitress was nice and... gave my kids fruits as they waited but waiting with 3 kids for an hour for food never goes well. Overall the food was good.Atmosphere nice, but their booths need an upgrade. I'm sure that's up to someone in corporate though. Read more
There's too many corrections to list. If you blame the errors on short staff, then put a Hiring sign on the door. Please clean... your ice machine, there is mold sticking to the ice. Hide the mouse traps in the bathroom. I had to wear my hat, gloves andjacket during my whole visit. There was no clean silverware. I thought I was at a mom and pop restaurant, and completely forgotit's a multi million dollar franchise. This is not the place for a family Sunday breakfast any more. Traveling home to NY from Boston. Snow and sleet slowed me down and decided to wait it out and have breakfast. The double bacon... cheddar cheese omelette was the best I?ve ever had. My expectations were very low after reading recent reviews. I ordered through door dash and was notified almost immediately by... the driver that there was only one person working the kitchen and my food was going to take longer than expected. My food wasmade perfectly and arrived hot. I don?t know who the cook was but you need to give them a raise and recognize them for theirperformance tonight. They quite literally might be what is keeping this place in business. Read more
