The food was fine for being McDonald's but the service was extremely slow. 20 minutes wait for food order. I could have gotten... take out from Chiles or outback in that amount of time. Read more

This McDonald?s used to be one of my favorites because of the modern but also retro design. However, I had to demote a star... because of the staff. It was breakfast on a Sunday morning at 6:30 or 7am. It is only an associate of mine and another oldergentleman. However, we stood there for at least 10 minutes before anyone said anything to me about ordering. After we placed theorders, I could just sense the attitude portion out of what looked like the manager. Moreover, it wasn?t just me. She also madethe elderly gentleman wait longer than needed for service. The food came out alright but nobody wants to deal with attitude andpoor customer service on an early Sunday morning. This McDonald's has been on the Berlin Tpke (CT Rt 15) since the dawn of time. This location has easy-in and easy-out access... with a 2-lanes of drive-thru. Presently the in-door ordering is allowed but no indoor seating. The location is beautiful andclean. Service is fast. COVID19 compliance was excellent. Read more
