Hannah (manager) and crew were absolutely amazing tonight. I've had good experiences and a couple not so good experiences with... Mooyah, but tonight the service and food were outstanding! My husband and I were overcharged and Hannah immediately correctedthe situation when the server brought it to her attention. No attitude or comments. I noticed that the meals were beingdelivered to the tables instead of names just being called out to go and get your food. Hannah delivered ours and was sopleasant and personable that it made us want to make this a weekly thing just to see her. When we got home, I couldn't find myphone and thought I had left it there. My husband called and asked if a phone had been turned in, and while she said no, she didremember where we were sitting and went to look for it. I eventually found it in my car and called to let her know. She was justabout to go outside and look for it in the parking lot. That is customer service at it's best and you really don't see that muchlately! Hannah and crew....you really went above and beyond tonight. We love this place so much. My school aged daughter likes the fries, burgers, and shakes, and I (a vegetarian) like the bean... burger on iceberg lettuce. The staff here might be some of the sweetest people I've ever seen. Ricky was our chef today, and notonly was he friendly, polite and professional, our food was made with care and was delicious. This was my second visit here. Today I just had a shake, it was very good. Both times now I found customer service lacking. Help... just had no personality or really didnt want to be at work. Management needs to address this issue. Read more
Great experience as I brought my son for dinner tonight. Dylan was helpful, polite and more than patient. Dylan took our order... with a smile. It was very close to closing time and he didn’t make us feel rushed at all. Thank you Dylan and teammates foryour great customer service! This was supposed to be a 1/4 burger in my salad. Biggest rip off, it was a Tupperware bowl full if lettuce. The 1st time I... had this salad it was soo good and it took 2 days to finish, it was soo filling. Read more
To be honest I have never had this place before and I was stuck at the Saputo Dairy down the street so I Door Dashed me some or... there food. Man I’m sure glad I tired them. Damn fantastic burger was juicy and fresh toppings. And I so surprised toactually get crispy fries all or them where not one of them where soggy. And I’m from Maryland. I wish we had thisestablishment down there. To me it is better then Five Guys . But taste is subjective so that’s my 2-cents. Thank you Nate fora Fantastic meal. The Burger was five stars ???? given what the chef has to deal with. I got a 1/4 lb Angus with pickles, lettuce, crispy fried... onions, ketchup, and mayo and added some Chalula hott sauce. The Chef is forced to make the burgers well done, I get it,however, they lose a star for that. The employees were perfect. (I had an experience here about 3 months ago, I didn't ask for abun, my burger was served with lettuce as the bun, make sure you order a bun with your burger, unless you want lettuce, whichcould be ok, freak.
