It's been a few years since I've been out to dinner due to COVID-19. This was a disappointment. Quality has gone downhill. ... Steak was small and fatty and over salted. Iced tea had a weird taste. Cant go wrong with the steaks at outback! Love this place . The service could be a little better but the place is really nice.
Ordered takeout from this location. Did not receive one of the sides to an entree that I ordered and paid for. Two other entrees... that I ordered, the crispy chicken sandwich and the outback burger had a disgraceful side of a mere, and small, 5 French fries.I called to consult the restaurant directly and absolutely nothing was done for me, I was put on hold and shoved aside, nothingwas resolved and it managed to be an even larger waste of time. There is no chance this type of service would be given whileseated in the restaurant, and it is shameful that this is how takeout patrons are treated at this Outback Steakhouse location. Read more

This place was great for a Friday night out. My friend and I had never met in person so we had lots to talk about. Donna tried... to take our order at least four times. She noticed that we were more interested in each others company more than the menu or thefood. She gave us the perfect amount of service to allow ourselves to enjoy each others company. The food was delicious, hot,and fresh. The manager Becky said hello as we were finishing the evening. It was a perfect first date thanks to the NewingtonOutback!
