Truly upset, flabbergasted, and not okay after Ordering online at the Newington location. They were out of my favorite passion... papaya green tea, no broccoli cheddar soup, no wonton strips for my salad, and most importantly they refused to take my cardinformation. I've always loved Panera sandwiches and right now they brought back the Frontega Chicken except it doesn't have the basil on it... but it's still my favorite. Always wonderful customer service even though the prices are a bit high. Read more
Panera's quality of food has gone way down in the past few years while their prices only go up. I have eaten at this location... quite a bit and am constantly disappointed. Especially with take out. Something is always incorrect. Salad missing dressing,sandwiches with barely any meat, etc. I used to love Panera but no longer. Read more
Every time I mobile order, they forget to include the bakery items!! The app prompts you to choose a cookie or other baked good,... but invariably, they forget to put it in the bag. I?ve had to return to the restaurant several times just for a cookie that Ialready paid for. And when I mention it to the cashier, they make excuses. Unacceptable! Read more
So frustrated. I rarely order from Panera, but I was nearby and in need of lunch. I ordered the "you pick 2" online with a... sandwich and mac and cheese. I only received my mac and cheese and side, but not the actual 1/2 chipotle chicken sandwich. I wason my lunch break at work and basically wasted it and now don't have an appetite. I understand things happen but every single ofmy last 3 orders here have gotten messed up. I just don't understand when the receipt ticket shows all items that should beincluded in the order. Don?t order online with them. This location will without fail, NEVER get your full order to you. If you order more than 3 items... expect for anything more than that to be left behind. I love Panera but I truly don?t understand how the receipt has a markedbox for confirming an order is correct and the box is NEVER signed off on. Like it?s not that hard to verify. I have completesympathy for food workers but you can take 2 seconds and make sure an order is accurate before giving a closed bag to a driver.It?s happened 4 times for my office. It?s ridiculous. Smoke house BBQ chicken sandwich had no sauce. Iced tea had barely any ice. Unfortunately staff needs improvements.
i love panera but lately , there is almost always a missing item, usually the drink..... you call back the store , manager is... nice and offers you a reward... that will be lost on your next order because you will not get the drink again.... Annette M Read more
