Plaza Azteca has a great menu of food and drinks. The birria tacos are the perfect portion of food. Incredibly flavorful broth... to dip them in. I did not expect the Flag Margarita to look so impressive. It was huge! I think I will definitely go back to trythe carne asada. Everything was delicious. I think they have the largest selection of margaritas I've seen in Newington. Read more
The place is great and the staff is nice. Went out to eat with my sister and her boyfriend so they were all drinking together.... They were taking shots and I asked the staff for a water shot but they gave me a strawberry flavored drink (virgin) instead.Also food was good to Read more

I wish I can give this place ?Zero? star. Food was cold, rice was not great. Looks like it was cooked few days ago. We are... vegetarians and ordered vegetarian dishes and we found steak in our food. Very slow service. Salsa was frozen and chips was notfresh! Stay away from this place. There are several other Mexican places in the area. Read more
Yesterday was my first time dining at this restaurant and it was great. The kitchen must be huge because the restaurant was... packed but our order came out so fast. The chips and salsa are delicious (especially the salsa!) as are the drinks. Get the flagmargarita. It's got the colors of the Mexican flag, so the drink is layered with green, "white," and red frozen margaritas,topped with a tiny bottle of tequila. Or get the wine-rita, which is topped with a little bottle of wine. Just to note, unlessyou get a combo, most of their entrees don't come with rice and beans. Read more
