Went to the Subway on Cedar street in Newington. Did Postmates order for pick up. It took 24 minutes to get the order as the... girl was the slowest I have ever seen.I had ordered when I was 15 minutes away but then had to wait additional 14 minutes afterpickup time and On top of that ...,,the toppings were not correct. No oil and vinegar on my husbands and no onions on mine. ThenI purchased a soda separately and the soda machine sprayed soda all over me and all over the floor. I asked nicely for a napkinand she didn?t even look up from making the sandwiches or acknowledge that I asked for something. Such terrible customerservice. Been to this location several times. This store seems like they can never get anything right, Bad Quality on their food ,... Bread is Constantly (HARD), Vegetables are poor quality, Not fresh, Employees have horrible attitudes. I'd definitely say passup this location and head to the next franchise down the way, that is not shared by the same ownership. Read more
Went and ordered a chicken cesar wrap, as usual. First, he barely put any shredded cheese on it then barley put any chicken on... it so I said something. He said "yeah its 2 scoops of chicken", which it wasn't. So I paid for it, threw it out and just left.There is no point eating a wrap with nothing on it. They need to know how to portion their food correctly or at least own up toyour mistake when u make one. Go to another subway. Read more
Probably one of if not the best franchise in the area. Always attentive, courteous, fast, accurate and accommodating to even my... weird requests. Phenomenal service. The manager her is amazing at her job as are the other employees. You can tell time andcare went into training people and for those that don't take to it, you don't see them for long. Read more
This location is my favorite Subway!! As someone else said - NOT all Subways are the same...this location is always SO clean,... always stocked (even has fresh cookies when I go in at 7am...usually other locations have no cookies that early, or they are thestale crumbs left over from the day(s) before). The bread is fresh, and they always have my favorite Miss Vickie's Jalapenochips (not all locations carry them). The woman that has been there the days that I've gone in around 7am is fantastic. She isso nice, always unlocks the door right on time, and gets my order perfect every single time (I'm particular about my order loland she is very patient with my sandwich weirdness). Can you give zero stars? One worker, line 4 people deep, all ended up leaving one by one because it was clear that after 10... minutes, no one was getting any food anytime soon, because the one "sandwich artist" was not in any rush.
