The atmosphere of this Fridays location was lackluster. It kind of felt like a relic of the past, but the staff made up for its... dullness. The waitress was super knowledgeable about the food offerings and checked on us every now and then. Theirwhiskey-glazed wings were fantastic, and surprisingly their rice was exceptional too. Their Mac and Cheese needs a bit of workthough. Overall, this is a great place to bring the family! Read more
Working nights in the same plaza. Went there 3 times. First two times french-fries came cold. Third time, give up waiting for... my burger after 1 hour and 20 minutes later. Needs improvement at kitchen is a understatement. I don't like to say anything badabout places. I have too much respect for whoever is working, but they miss the mark three times in one week. I ordered a 6 ounce Center cut sirloin steak to be cooked medium without the Parmesan sauce they put on it. We did I ordered... seasoned french fries and a salad. What I got was a well-done steak with the Parmesan sauce, no french fries whatsoever in andthe salad consisted mostly of lettuce and very small cut up pieces of tomato. And for this I paid $22 plus tax plus deliveryplus tip. Could not eat the steak and my dog didn?t even want it now that?s pretty bad. Will not order from here again. Read more
Always a nice spot to grab a meal At a reasonable price
Horrible experience ordered from this place and waited about 30 mins over the time they said order would be ready. Regretfully... spent about $50 on this meal drove all the way home just to open the bag to a container of dry burnt chicken bites, barely anyfries at all and they were extremely cold and soggy, the chicken bites were legit just burnt peaces of chicken crust that wasnot even chewable, suppose to be buffalo bites i did not see any sauce on the burnt chicken crusts they gave me rather justlittle droplets of hot sauce scattered around the tray with just some dry burnt crust this is ridiculous and extremelyunprofessional. For them to be charging these amounts and serving people garbage food, no one picks up the phone at this placewhenever you try to call? im not sure what the management is doing but they need to definitely take a look at their kitchens andsee whats going on because the staff seems okay its the people putting together the meals, last 3 times i ordered from here ihad a horrible experience i didnt report or review at the time but this has been 3 times in a row I?ve absolutely wasted mymoney ordering from this place expecting to get a decent meal. We went to Fridays in a weekend. 6 people. Waited one hour to get cold steak, cold wings, and onion ring like that (it was like... 6 of them but only one was like that). We asked waitress, and she said its might because of shortage of people working there. Iunderstand, but come on, you cant do that to people who wanna have fun, and eat decent food. It takes a lot of motivation for me to leave A good or bad review. This place should not exist. All the food was cold as ice,... and the food quality was the worst ever possible in the state of CT. WASTE OF MONEY, TIME & EMOTIONS. The chicken was fried andhard as a rock. The steak was dry, with dried blood, and tasteless. The tortilla was made Of wood, I think.
