There isn't much to say about this place. If anything i had more fun with the staff than my actual food. Going to a sports bar i... have a certain level of expectations for wings and they did not impress. I ordered the garlic Parm wings and there was not ahint or garlic nor Parm, they were extremely dry and i very much didn't even finish them. Tj?s is one of the best bars in Newington. The food is great and the service is awesome. Melissa who is both a bartender and... manager is a huge asset to the establishment. You can tell she cares about her job and always does her best to make you feelat home. Read more

Went there for the first time for my birthday. The staff was awesome. The food was delicious. I got the nachos and fried... mozzarella. I know they are just apps but they were good. Only giving it 4 stars because I need to test out more food! Oh andthe drinks were spot on delicious! Read more

Atmosphere was okay, service was okay, food was okay. Really nothing to notable. We got the sample platter for our appetizer and... the wings were fatty, pickle chips a little burnt, and reuben rolls over fried. Went there on Saturday and my receipt says the cashier was Liz, I?m assuming that?s the same as our server (we had the young... thin girl with the brown pony tail) but she was absolutely fantastic. I?m not even a martini drinker but she made the martinisjust perfect and I had two. She has a great personality, she was so friendly and happy and easy going. I?m so indecisive so shegave me her recommendations and even had me try the sauce before I placed the order. She convinced me to get the New EnglandChicken sandwich and that is now my favorite sandwich. She personally made our experience as great as it was.
