This location is not as good as it used to be service is extremely slow I made a trip to Wendy?s to get a frosty so I walked in... and there was one lady in front of me ordering her food then the cashier walks into the kitchen for about 10 minutes then thecashier comes back out hands the lady her food and then goes back into the kitchen for another few minutes then the cashiertakes my order then she goes back into the kitchen for another 10 minutes and I?m standing there waiting until another workercomes out and makes my frosty and hands me it and I looked at the time it was 7:40 I got to Wendy?s at 7:10 I waited 30 minutesfor a frosty I minus well have gone to dine in restaurant while I?m at it would have took just as long. They were telling every single customer to pull into the mobile order spots to park and wait for their food. Everyone waited 10+... minutes for their order myself included. They gave me my drink and frosty at the window, but no straw or spoon, so my frosty satand melted for the 10+ min I was waiting. Employee brought out wrong order to me two times, when I finally got my food the frieswere missing and there wasn?t a straw or spoon in the bag. I get that this is Wendy?s and expectations should be low, but thatwas just ridiculous. Never ever coming back to this location. Read more
This was a late evening hungry take out. I was able to clearly understand the associate when placing my order. A friendly voice... and clearly understood me. She also asked if I wanted any of the dipping sauces without me having to ask. At the take window,items ordered were ready to go. Associate at the window was also very courteous and assured me everything was in thebag. Chicken and fries were hot and tasty. They were a great crew and definitely deserve a return visit. Read more
