How is it that a business cannot update their hours on both the chipotle app and google when they?re closing early? I?ve... probably driven all the way over here just to see a ?we closed early? sign on the door at least 5 times in the past month. Ifinally got in one time at 6:30 and they literally closed right after I got my food. If the app says you close at 8 and googlesays you close at 8, why are you always closing at 5, 6, and 7?? I honestly think that if they had a tortoise making the food and a sloth working the register the service would still be faster!... Half of the people making the food were just standing around, and when they did do something they did it at a speed soridiculously slow that I think I aged 50 years by the time I left. You need to teach your staff to work much much MUCH faster. Read more
We were looking to relax after being on the road for 6 hours. Stopped at this Chipolte. Entered at about 2:45 pm and all... (literally all) of the tables were disgusting. Food all over them. Thankfully it was a beautiful day so we ate outside (had towipe our table there too). We stayed for about 20 minutes and not many patrons had arrived within the time period so we figuredit would have been cleaned up by then. NO IT WAS NOT - Just Gross!!! They only let you order online, but they never mentioned that ANYWHERE except for the physical store. I tried getting nachos ( I... know they don't have them) by asking for a burrito bowl with chips instead of rice but they put the chips on the side and the"burrito" was pretty foul. . It's almost impossible to use a physical gift card in the online store (as my girlfriend had tofind out while we were in the store) and it takes a while to finally figure out The immense gastrointestinal problems I'm sureto encounter are not close to worth the meal.
